Our home preparation service isn't focused on colors, curtains or furniture
placement, our focus is on all of the other things that your home stager or real
estate agent can't do for you.
We will run our own Home for Sale Preparation Inspection
and report directly to you with any issues that may hinder the sale of your home
or maybe even prevent you from selling your home at all. We know what home
inspectors look for and we can find and repair any, or all, of the potential issues
before you get a market price from a real estate agent.
If you need to have any trash
removed from your yard, basement, attic or anywhere else,
we will handle that for you too. If you would like us to, we will even meet with
your real estate agent or home staging professional to help determine exactly which
areas of your home need attention so that it can be sold faster and at a higher price.
Whatever preparations your home for sale needs to help you sell it, faster and for
more money, we will identify it and take care of it for you. There is no
